"If I Had My Way" was taken in Valahnúkamöl, Iceland during the G1/G2 geomagnetic storm of September 28-30, 2019.
The lighthouse is still functional and the lighthouse keeper lives at its base. That night fog had just formed in a thin layer a few tens of meters above the volcanic plain, and the lighthouse beam cut a cross-section through its swirling density that mirrored the aurora that were forming beyond in the north. The edge of the Milky Way cuts a diagonal through the lighthouse as well.
Printed on high quality Polar Pearl metallic paper for a deep lustrous look that makes colours vibrant. Watermark will not appear on delivered print. Signed by photographer
